A homeowner’s timely suggestion results in a Cape Cod home that takes every advantage of its stunning location.

In order to provide more cinematic views of the stunning Cape Cod harbors, this summer home grew both up and out, extending the foundation and adding a third level with several roof decks. This house had no shortage of millwork, from the stairs to the ceilings and custom-built in pieces, which were provided by Herrick & White and add a comfortable charm to the home.
