Designer Nicole Hogarty helps transform an outdated Back Bay penthouse into an elegant urban oasis.

When a Boston couple bought their Back Bay condo and hired designer Nicole Hogarty, they already had a wishlist for their abode: "open up the master suite, gut the kitchen, and make every inch within the unit functional."
