Classic Coastal Compound

This Cape Cod home was built with growth in mind - the family had numerous relatives and friends and were eager to entertain as many of them as possible. With this in mind, Soderholm Builders, D. Michael Collins Architects, and Barbara Bahr Sheehan teamed up to create a relaxing space with the ability to host 20 to 30 people at any time. This included a spacious kitchen and barn with a private bar, both of which feature custom millwork by Herrick & White.

This custom home in Weston is traditional yet tasteful, designed to stand the test of time. One unique room which stands out among the others is the butler's pantry, fabricated by Herrick & White, which features brilliant red cabinetry. The interior designer, Mollie Johnson, said of the room: "The location of the pantry next to the dining room gave me the opportunity to create a space that is dramatic and unexpected. The high gloss paint provides that extra punch of glamour."
