Ken Bertram, President, C.E.O. 1985 was hired as a cabinetmaker, and through drive and determination rose through engineering to Project Management to become the Vice President of Project Management for many years. Now Ken leads H&W as our President. Ken holds a BA Industrial Arts and Education from Rhode Island College, and has taken several courses at Bryant University and Brown University.

Steve Brannigan, CMA, Executive Vice President Finance, CFO. As a student in the co-op program at The Woonsocket Vocational School in 1983, Steve began working at H&W as an apprentice Cabinetmaker.  Steve transitioned into Materials Management and Purchasing for several years. From there, he was the Project Manager for our largest client.  Steve completed his undergraduate degree at Bryant University before taking on the role of Controller. Steve holds a BSBA in Finance from Bryant University and the designation of Certified Management Accountant from The Institute of Management Accounting.

Gary Rousseau, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In 1978 while attending the Woonsocket Area Vocational Technical High School Gary accepted a part time position at Herrick & White through the school co-op program. He became the second employee hired by Steve Herrick & Ken White in their young business. Upon graduating Gary accepted a full time position. Throughout his career at H&W, Gary has held numerous positions in manufacturing, installation and purchasing. Gary currently leads the Sales and Marketing team. 
Gary has completed management courses at Bryant University. He and his wife Lynn are the directors of St. Patrick’s Food Closet in Harrisville, RI.
